Faq Bus

Costasur Buses works with bus companies throughout the world, in order to offer you thousands of routes to all the destinations you could possibly imagine. This means that we work with multiple reservation and payment systems.

On occasion, technical problems arise during the reservation purchase process and it may be necessary to revise the information you've entered:

Revise the payment details that you've entered:
-. Check that your card is accepted, which you'll know if you see the its logo during the processing of payment.
-. Check your billing address.
-. Add the CVV - the three digits on the back of the card (if it's requested).
-. Check the expiration date that you've entered.

Check with your bank to see that your card allows international purchases and that the payment hasn't been blocked (be sure that your card doesn't block online payments).

Be sure to follow all the steps in the payment process. If you're making the purchase through Movelia, don't forget to press "continue" to issue the ticket, once you've entered all the card information.

Revise your email and be sure that you've received the purchase confirmation. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox or Spam folder soon after making the reservation, most likely the reservation hasn't been done correctly. In that case, you should make a new reservation preferably with another credit card and check that you've received the confirmation email.

Have a look at your bus ticket sent with your purchase, and there you'll find a customer service contact number for the company providing service. The customer service department will assist you and will reply to you as soon as possible. Remember that if you already have a reservation and the number, it's important that you specify the number to facilitate efficient service.
